Kardel Sharpeye is a testament to his name and race. Using only his finely honed skills of marksmanship and his trusty rifle, he systematically destroys his opponents from afar. Taking great care to aim for the most vulnerable of areas, he is capable of severely injuring an opponent, and with a little extra time, has been known to simply dispose of an enemy in a single shot. His rifle is equipped with a secondary barrel, capable of launching a short burst of shrapnel at close range, causing massive damage.
2. Hero's Introduction
Kardel is the most "pick sniper|-repick" hero thats being joked about. He's super late carry, does near no damage with his ultimate when his enemies has Hood or Pipe. Most ganked/feed because he doesnt stick around with his allies or going to near team fight. Other than that, he's annoying/tower killer cause of his Take Aim ability which allows him to outrange the tower at Skill Level 3-4.

Skill Build Justification:
Sharpnel is maxed out asap to increase its slow and maximize its damage as fast as possible. Headshot only taken by 2 point untill mid-game, allowing Sniper to get Take Aim and deal damage from afar(Do take note that Headshot or also known as bash, for range is concidered as Buff-Placer, only when it is triggered. Same goes with Critical). Take Aim is not taken untill level 9 because thats when you start pushing. Assassinate must be taken when posible. If team battles take place, cast your sharpnel with the enemy inside and most of the extra area on their backs.

Item Build Justification: Slippers of Agility: Standard items to boost sniper's damage and attack speed. Cause Sniper's early damage is quite low.
Ironwood Brach: "Wearing one two of this ensures a Good Game"
Tango: What else, in early game you're gonna do a lot of harrasing, AND remember to auto-attack(A+Click) your own creep when the enemy creep is attacking you.
Healing Salves: Get one of these, cause the enemy will sure try to First Blood you.

Late Game Item Justifications:
Buriza: Get this when you're not going for Butterfly first, if you're really not getting butterfly till end. I suggest you getting another Buriza. Critical Rate(x2.2) doesnt stack, but the chance does.
Butterfly: Standard dps item for all agi heroes. It adds to Sniper's survivability by giving him nice evasion. Once you get this, You're Dwarven Machine-Gun.
HoT: Can either take this or BKB. Gives sniper alot of surviving.

Situational Item Justification:
Guinsoo: use this when your team is short on support. or want to perma hex.
Mjolnir: got Axe? buff this on him and lightning away. useful when up againts tank with no magic reduction and images.
Desolator: take this when up againts weak caster. with this, they're even weaker
Manta: take this when enemy got annoying DoT like Viper and Veno
Bloodstone(6.63): Please rush this. for more assassinate.
7. Hero's Strategy
Early Game
Sniper's most annoying stage in the game, since you dont have early Take Aim. As for laning, either go with a primary stunner or slow, dont MID SOLO YOU BITCH..You'll waste the exp gain. Starting items as shown above, DO NOT GET A BOTTLE. I usually get as i posted and two tangos with one healing salve if i got extra money. You'll be depending on your teammate's bravery and intelligent(the player) a lot on early game. For the first level, sit back, harras and last hit like a Pimp. Don't go too far on harrasing, untill the enemy has past over your creep(if still alive) and feel free to cast Sharpnel as your teammate stuns the Idiot enemy. Feel free to get the first blood even if it cost a KS(Oh yeah, dont rush for first blood, as you yourself maybe the one getting First Blood on). Once you have Assassinate, this is where it starts. Try to fake cast(E+Click>Stop) on pushing enemies, as he/they will think they're getting ganked, if they're still there. Then cast Sharpnel behind the ranged creep. Remember to try to harras & dont go too far, once you get them down to about 30-40% HP, call make sure you got teammate or if you're really sure you can get him cause he doesnt have boot/blink/hook/disable ability(check mana first) then Cast Sharpnel behind/center of him and shoot..SHOOT..SHOoT, followed by Assassinate once red.
Mid Game
During this portion of the game, Sniper should be always carry a teleport and teleport to Empty Lane & Try to push(dont go over the river when you dont have a teammate), Remember to fake cast on defending/pushing enemy too. Once you've taken a tower, try to take the next one or tele to other lane and push. Always call for missing enemy/spawned rune/required assistance. Keep farming untill your teammate is ready for a mid push.
Late Game
Assuming you've had a good game before late game, you'll basically become the first target in team fight. In this situation, try to Sharpnel on attacking/running enemy. Getting a BKB isn't a bad idea. With it, you can take out fragile disablers instantly with no problems, making it much easier for your team to win team battles.
